Wheel Inspection System

Wheel run-out testing machine is an automatic machine to measure Radial and Lateral run-outs of front & rear diameter of the LP wheel.
Run-outs are measured with the help of LVDT with reference to encoder interfaced to the DAQ system.
Positioning accuracy is achieved through a servomotor and encoder coupled with spindle unit.
Loading and unloading conveyors with stoppers are attached to the measuring station and they are gravity roller conveyors.
Pneumatic actuators are used to perform all movements.
Sequence of operation is controlled through a PLC and DAQ system. The operator interface is through highly interactive Graphical User Interface (GUI).
