The Deflection Test Bench machine is a special purpose machine for automatic measuring the deflection and stiffness range of the rack bush in steering gear assembly, which is used in commercial vehicle of four wheelers.
Deflection range is measured with the help of LVDT.
Servomotor is used to apply the load through servo slide for both pressing and pulling of the Load cell.
The Servo motor, Load cell and LVDT are interfaced to the DAQ system.
Sequence of operation is controlled through DAQ system.
