High Pr. Leak testing machine is designed to check the functional tests & force measurement of release effort on door latch assembly and thread gauging on retention plate.
Three numbers of servo slides coupled with load cells are used to measure the release effort of inside / outside & LHS / RHS.
Load indicators are used to hold the peak force measured on the component.
Release effort stroke is programmed through the touch screen connected with PLC.
Sequence of operations is controlled through a PLC system and pneumatic actuators perform all the movements.
