The ERCV Assembly Machine is a special purpose machine designed for assembling, inspection of Screw height, Leak testing and Functional testing of Compressor housing with ERCV valve.
Pneumatic actuators are used to perform all movements.
In this machine, Feedback from Nut runner, PLC, ATEQ, Functional Controller, Biometric scanner, Barcode Scanner and Labview are integrated and stored in the Industrial Computer.
