4 Torch Auto MIG welding machine
- The Mig welding machine is a special purpose machine designed to weld disc and formed rim together.
- Four numbers of welding torches are used to weld the disc and rim together.
- Servomotor with an absolute encoder is used to rotate the wheel to the predefined angle and feed rate during welding process.
- During welding, Shield gas, Wire feeding, Welding current and welding voltage are monitored to ensure proper welding.
- Pneumatic actuators are used to perform all movements.
- Sequence of operation is controlled through a CNC and PLC system.
CNC Welding Machine (Tractor)

- Two numbers of welding torches are used to weld the disc and rim together.
- Servomotor 1 with an absolute encoder is used to rotate the wheel to the predefined angle and feed rate during welding process.
- Servomotor 2 with zero backlash gearbox used to tilt the wheel bed upto 60° for a special welding application.
- During welding, Shield gas, Wire feeding, Welding current and welding voltage are monitored to ensure proper welding.
- Pneumatic actuators are used to perform all movements.
- Sequence of operation is controlled through a CNC and PLC system.
