Established M/s Jaysen Engineering pvt ltd at Jigani Industrial area, Bangalore, to expand manufacturing facilities. The companies has developed good experience and expertise in delivering machines committed with affordable cost, quality and time. The companies maintains an experienced team which will deliver the final product right from concept to commissioning. Jaysen Engineering Pvt Ltd. Located in Jigani 2nd Phase having 3000 sft office and 6500 sft assy shop floor.

Fully equipped machine shop for supporting SPM manufacturing operational needs (turning, milling, boring, surface grinding etc)‏ & Assembly Floor.

Design office with experienced engineers supported with 2D-CAD software and 3D modeling software.

Trained and experienced engineers to Execute projects on PLC, SCADA, HMI.

Odyssey of Integral Group

1984

Started as component manufacturer, supplying precision machined parts to auto industries.

1989

Started Hydraulic cylinder, Elevator hold down brake manufacturing for various industries

1996

Started machine fixtures & machine sub assemblies for machine manufactures

2002

Unit was taken over by new set of entrepreneurs and diversified into SPM and Testing equipment manufacturing.

2005

Established M/s Jaysen Engineering pvt ltd at Jigani Industrial area, Bangalore, to expand manufacturing facilities.

2008

Designd & developed TMC assembly line and LSPV assembly line for Bosch Pune.

2011-2012

Designed and Commissioned major processing plant for ITC ltd-Mysore.

2016

Designed and developed BMW two wheeler Frame revising machine for TVS motor Co

Manufactured over 310 Special purpose machines, assembly lines and testing equipment's to various leading automotive companies.
